Usually Indian or Most of the Asian countries evaluate the score for the grade in between 1-10. 1 means the lowest and 10 means the highest. And the minimum grade to pass the degree is 4.
But Germany evaluates the score between 1-4. 1 is the best possible grade and 4 is the minimum grade to pass the course
